Here I am!

I've been away for quite a while. This year has been very stressful for me school-wise, since I have three different majors (while most people have one or two), and they all ended during the past month.

So what have I been up to?

My art major final project was actually a two and a half minutes long animation! It took about three months of laid back work, just drawing sometimes whenever I feel like it, and then two months of working every minute I'm not wasting on eating or sleeping after I've realized that I won't make it. I didn't even go to school these entire two months! But I got the job done, even if I had to stay awake over 72 hours in a row near the end.

You can see the outcome on youtube; [link]

My other two majors, history and music (I play the piano; the final exam is a 40 minutes long piano recital), didn't get as much attention as they should have gotten, but I think I managed to do a good enough job on both.

As for personal projects, for example, a digital painting that I've been working on since December 2007(!!!), and my writing, I'm back working on those. My remaining finals are nothing to worry about, so I have enough time to spend on them.

One final note - the army! I'm being drafted on February 8th, 2010. I've been called to some interviews for the Intelligence, which were very long and tiring, but I hope I did well. The specific job I got called for has something to do with translation, and it sounds interesting enough. The only bad part about it is that it's 11\3 - which means I'll be spending 11 days living in the base and 3 days at home. But I guess I'll manage.

P.S - you can expect the occasional Wheel of Time fanart every once in a while. I'm currently in the middle of book 8 (or book 16, since every book is divided to two books in the Hebrew translation...) and I'm loving it. :)
